Order Processing:

A: All confirmed orders will be shipped before Feb 11th.

B: Orders placed but not yet received or not yet confirmed for quality inspection will be processed on Feb 24th.

C: Orders placed between Feb 12th and Feb 23rd will be processed normally on Feb24th.

Orders can be placed normally on the website during the holiday. Processing will be expedited after the holiday.

How to have a perfect shopping experience at dopesneakers

A. Ordering:
Select the correct size and fill in the correct shipping address.
B. Product Quality Control (QC):
QC is satisfied, click "ok" and the order will be shipped.
QC is disatisfied, click "fail" and contact customer service to reschedule the QC.
C. Tracking Number:
After QC clicks "ok," the order will be shipped. The tracking number will be updated 3 business days after shipment.
The order status will change from "Waiting for Shipping" to "Shipped."
D. Shipping Time:
9-12 working days. Shipping time is calculated from the time the tracking number is updated, not from the time the order is placed.
E. Shipping Updates:
The shipping carrier in the recipient's country will update the shipping information after receiving the package.
This may take some time, so please wait. If there is a label, the package has been shipped, so don't worry.
